Tablet Deduster
Tablet Deburring machine consist mainly height adjustable stand, gyromotor, feeding hopper perforated screen and bottom hopper. It is used for deburring the tablet and separation of powder so as to obtain maximum powder from tablets. This unit works on gyro principle. The required gyratory motion is obtained from specially designed gyromotor, which is fitted underneath the vibrating assembly . The complete vibrating assembly is isolated from base by means of specially designed rugged springs. Gyromotor is fitted with top & bottom eccentric weights designed as per required centrifugal force . The top weight of the motor gives horizontal component of the vibration, so that the tablets going away from the centre through the perforated screen partition. The tablets travelling around 2.5 meter in perforation screen and deburring the same. The powder falling the bottom hopper and coming out through the discharge outlet. The deburried tablet comes out from the screen through perforated screen outlet. By changing relative angle between top & bottom weight different flow patterns and speed can be achieved .
