Oscillating Granulator
Size reduction being its prime use, it works on the principle of impact & pushing directly. Movement is oscillating. The product is dropped vertically from the feed hopper in a perforated screening chamber where in it comes in contact with an oscillating blade having
hexagon shape tie bars rotating slow speed. This can be used for dry as well as wet granulation. Odd-size materials / granules can be reduced to the required size by using interchangeable perforated screens around the Oscillating blades. The machine is widely used in the production of Uniform Granules. The unit is available in GMP / NON GMP models.
Capacity: Models powered by 3HP, 5HP, 7.5HP can be manufactured.
