Fluid Bed Processor – coater
This equipment works on the principle of using hot air to fluidize the bed containing solid granulated product for dring. Fluid Bed Processor – coater contains a stainless steel chamber having a removable perforated bottom known as bowl. Material to be dry is placed in the bowl. Air is introduced from the bottom of the bowl and heated at required temperature by the heaters. This air is filtered through the filters and then passes throught the bed containing material. The airflow is generated by the blower fan fitted on the top of the equipment. This air flow leads to ultimate drying of the products. Fluid Bed Processor – coater allows online coating of the powders pellets simultaneously with drying. There are three systems where in the basic arrangement is the same but the coating spray nozzles and positions are different.
1) Fluid Bed Coater – Top Spray
2) Fluid Bed Processor – Bottom Spray (Wurster Coater)
3) Fluid Bed Processor – Combo (Top and Bottom SPray)
Capacity: Different models Lab model, 10Kg, 30 Kg, 60 Kg, 120 Kg, 200 Kg, 350 Kg are some of the standard capacity models. Capacities as per requirements.
